Tuition Payment Policy
| Registration Procedure
Families who pay the full tuition amount by July
10, 2007 will receive a 5% savings. Payments may be made through the FACTS Tuition Management Plan. If paying
tuition is a problem for any family, we do have financial aid available.
Financial aid applications are due
before May 15, 2007.
The family plan will still be in place for two
or more children in the upper grades. "FairShare" opportunities will still be available.
Families with children in both kindergarten and
upper grades will receive a 10% discount on the kindergarten tuition rate.
Band will be offered for a $175 yearly
charge. Registration for this program will take place in the fall.
Sponsored Tuition Rate
In order to receive the sponsored tuition rate,
we need the pastor's signature on the Supported Student Form. If your family received a sponsored
rate this year, we will submit your name to your pastor. If he verifies that you still are eligible, you will
continue to receive the rate. If you do not hear from us, assume that you will continue to get the sponsored
rate. If your family did not receive a sponsored rate this year, you may submit a signed Supported Student Form. To be eligible, the following conditions must apply:
You must be registered in a Catholic
parish in the Diocese of Manchester
You must be a donor of record (usually
use of envelope system)
You must have a record of active parish
involvement
Registrations are accepted on a priority basis
according to our mission statement (see the
enclosed registration time schedule). Returning students are given priority registration status, so we
ask that you do not delay returning your registration forms. You must include the
"per child" registration and
book fee with the registration form. If you have more than one child, you may register and pay $175 now and the
balance by April 1, 2006.

Payment of Fees
The "Registration/book/materials fee"
is due at the time of registration. For families with two or more children
in the school, a deposit of $175 holds places for the children. The balance of
the registration fee is due by April 1, 2007.
Families may choose Option A in lieu of participating in fund raising.
The families that choose "Option
B" are required to earn half of the Fairshare fee earned by January 1, 2008 and the balance earned by
April 1, 2008.
The band fee can be incorporated into the total tuition cost and can be divided over
the year with the FACTS Plan if desired.
This fee is non-refundable, even if the child withdraws from the band
before the year is done.
After School Group fees and
FairShare fees may be incorporated into the
FACTS Plan as well.
