Registration Instructions:
In
order for your registration to be considered complete, we need the
following:
1) Signed and returned registration form or
new student registration form.
(please refer to download instructions
below, if needed).
2)
Signed and returned Tuition Preference Form and the FairShare Assessment Form (download below).
3) Applicable registration fee per child. If you have more than
one child, you may pay $175 now and the balance by April 1, 2007.
4) If you have not received the sponsored
rate in the past and wish to have it next year, we need your pastor's signature on the Supported Student
Form.
5) All tuition accounts for this school year
need to be current in order to be officially registered. Final acceptance for next year depends on full
payment of all tuition and fees from this year. This includes any money owed for the after school program.
6) Meet all the
medical requirements required by the State of New Hampshire.
Registration for the after school program
will take place later this spring.
