Families who pay the full tuition amount by July 10 for the following academic year will receive a 5% savings. Payments may be made through the FACTS Tuition Management Plan. If paying tuition is a problem for any family, we do have financial aid available. Financial aid applications are due before May 15 for the following academic year. The family plan will still be in place for two or more children in the upper grades. "FairShare" opportunities will still be available. Band will be offered for a $200 yearly charge. Registration for this program will take place in the fall. Sponsored Tuition Rate In order to receive the sponsored tuition rate, we need the pastor's signature on the Supported Student Form. If your family received a sponsored rate this year, we will submit your name to your pastor. If he verifies that you still are eligible, you will continue to receive the rate. If you do not hear from us, assume that you will continue to get the sponsored rate. If your family did not receive a sponsored rate this year, you may submit a signed Supported Student Form. To be eligible, the following conditions must apply: You must be registered in a Catholic parish in the Diocese of Manchester You must be a donor of record (usually use of envelope system) You must have a record of active parish involvement
Registrations are accepted on a priority basis according to our mission statement (see the enclosed registration time schedule). Returning students are given priority registration status, so we ask that you do not delay returning your registration forms. You must include the "per child" registration and book fee with the registration form. If you have more than one child, you may register and pay $175 now and the balance by April 1.

Payment of Fees The “Registration, Books & Materials Fee” is due at registration. Families with two or more children at St. Francis, may deposit $175 registration fee, and pay the balance by April 1. The Band Fee is non-refundable even if the child withdraws before the school year ends. If desired, the Band Fee can be incorporated into the “FACTS” 11 month-payment plan. The Fundraising Fee is a per family fee that can either be included with your tuition payments or it can be paid separately by December 1.
