To order magazines and gifts online go to www.4schoolonline.com, enter our school code (15426W) and begin shopping. When you complete your order you will be asked to enter the name of the student you wish to sponsor with your purchase. Forward this information to your friends and family to help St. Francis School build funds for our children's education.

The first major FairShare opportunity for this school year is beginning. There are hundreds of titles for magazines available all at a 40% profit margin. The magazine drive is a popular and easy way for families to earn credits towards their FairShare fee. All families are being sent this packet, whether or not the FairShare fee is paid. This way, everyone can look at the magazine selections and order if desired. You will still receive the 40% credit, which can be applied to other school accounts.

Each family will receive an envelope containing the magazine / Christmas card brochure and order forms. You can make purchases for your own family or sell subscriptions and cards to friends and relatives. Money is collected at the time of the sale and turned in to St. Francis School along with the order.

In order for us to monitor the progress of this sale, we have set some turn-in days for submitting subscriptions. You are welcome to send the money and orders to the office at any time, but you can specifically aim for these days:

Please note that there is a separate side on the order form for magazines and cards. Magazines are on the left, cards and other products are on the right.

***Products(other than magazines) and cards have a $3.00 shipping charge included which does not count towards FairShare. Also, any card personalization does not count towards your FairShare.

The magazine subscriptions have a 40% profit. For example, if you purchase or sell a subscription to Time Magazine for $39.97, your FairShare account will earn $15.19. At this rate, you can satisfy your FairShare fee very quickly.

For the Christmas cards, and all other merchandise, the profit will be 40%, less $3.00 S/H for each box of cards or item, and the cost of any imprint fees.

Remember that once you satisfy the assessed FairShare fee for your family, all future fund raising profit continues to be credited to you. If you have already paid your tuition in full, the credit can be applied to next year’s tuition, next year’s FairShare, or be reimbursed at the end of the year.

Magazines are easy and fun to sell. People will be happy to help support the school by purchasing products that they buy anyway. Sales can be done for new subscriptions or renewals. When selling a renewal, an actual label from the magazine can be affixed to the order form to ensure that there won’t be a duplicate order. Be sure to fill out the order form as well as attaching the label.

If you have a cheaper offer for any listed magazine, simply enclose that offer with your order and record the lower subscription price. They will match any advertised price.

Don't forget to bring in all you Campbell's Labels and lids to help the school. Cut UPC's from Campbell's soup, Chunky, and Swanson products as well as V-8 juice lids.
