| Registration Procedure
To be eligible to enter Kindergarten a child shall
be 5 years of age on or before September 30th of the entering year. The school must be provided with a copy of the
child's birth certificate, a record of completed immunizations or a medically verified plan for completion, or a
medical or religious exemption, and record of a physical exam by a medical doctor.
According to RSA 22-38, the minimum requirements
for children entering school are the following:

4 Doses DPT or TD

4 Doses Polio
-
1 Dose Measles
(administered after 12 months and with live vaccine.)

1 Dose Mumps
-
1 Dose Rubella
-
Hepatitis B Vaccine
(if born after January 1, 1993)
Children not in compliance with these requirements
must be excluded from school, unless documentation of medical or religious exemption is provided.
