Tuition Payment Policy
| Registration Procedure
Unless other arrangements have been approved by the principal in writing,
the following conditions apply to tuition payment:
I. The following payment plans are available:

Full payment due by July
10, 2007. A 5% discount will be given.

Two equal payments, one due
July 10, 2007 and the second due December 1, 2007. If the second payment is not
made on time, the family will automatically be enrolled in the FACTS plan.

11 Monthly payments
completed by electronic funds transfer through the FACTS Tuition Payment
Plan. Last year's fee for this service was $38. Monthly payments run from
July to May. After school fees, band fees, and/or Fair Share assessments can
be added to the monthly payments for no extra cost. The FACTS plan also
offers a Peace of Mind insurance plan for $10, which would pay the tuition
if the party responsible for payment should die.
II. Unpaid accounts
will result in non-registration for the following school year. Students will
not be permitted to begin classes until all tuition payments due to date for
the current year has been made.
III. Past Due accounts will be handled in the following manner:

Any parent/guardian whose
account is 30 days past due will be asked to meet with the principal to
discuss a payment schedule agreeable to the school.

Any account which is 60
days past due will result in the student not being allowed back to class
until repayment plans have been made.
IV.
The tuition rate
for the year is finalized upon approval by the Catholic School Department of
the diocese of Manchester. No reduction or
refund of any paid registration/materials fees is allowed for withdrawal or
dismissal. Enrollment status begins on July 1, 2007. Full monthly tuition is
owed for any child enrolled through at least the 10th of each month starting
in July. For example, if a family withdraws a child on August 15, 2007, two
months of tuition will be owed to the school.
V. Each family is assessed a $250 FairShare fee. At least $125 of
this amount must be earned or paid by January 1, 2008 and the balance by
April 1, 2008. Please make your choice and fill out the blue
Fair Share Assessment form.
