St. Francis
School Weather Center
The St. Francis School Weather Center is
composed of two completely separate weather systems. The AWS WeatherNet
Station and the HAM Weather Station.
The AWS
WeatherNet Station is physically installed at St. Francis School and
monitors weather 24 hours a day to deliver weather information to this
website and also contributes to the National Weather System as another point
of reference for weather tracking. This system is a hardware and software
system. The AWS current conditions are displayed below on this page.
St. Francis
School would like to thank the
New England Small Tube Corporation and Optimum Building
Systems, both of Litchfield, NH for their contributions to help purchase
the AWS WeatherNet Station.
The HAM
Weather Center is an online application installed on the St. Francis school
website and built by HAM Weather,
LLC, and is provided free of charge.
This application directly ties in with the
National Weather Service and the
Interactive Weather Information Network (IWIN) interfaces:
and provides many features
like Radar, Satellite imagery, Forecast, Advisories, Satellite & Radar
Loops, Customizable User Options and many more.
US Forecasts are Public
Domain and are obtained directly from the
National Weather Service and the
National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration.
