Welcome to the team!!
 
Every person working at St. Francis School must fulfill the following requirements:
 
  1. Fill out a Staff Application or a Teacher Application
  2. Complete a NH Criminal Background check. Please fill the form out, have it notarized and then bring it to the DMV.  The easiest way is to make an appointment by calling ahead. Here is some help with the process: Scheduling Your Appointment

    A)
    If you have lived in Massachusetts in the last 5 years, complete this form.

    B) If you have lived anywhere other than NH or MA in the last five years, complete this form.

  3. Complete the child abuse awareness training online called Safe Haven. >>> register for a new account, start the curriculum, watch the 3 videos and then download your certificate. The school will be able to verify that you have done this on our end as well.
  4. Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9) SFS will need a copy of your driver’s license and one of the following documents: birth certificate, social security card, or passport.
  5. Employee’s Withholding Certificate (W4)
  6. Provide the Business Office with a voided check for direct deposit.
